The best Dua at End of Ramadan is to say:
ربنا استودعناك رمضان فلا تجعله اخر عهدنا به اللهم أعده علينا بالخير أعوامًا عديدة وأزمنة مديدة ونحن ومن نحب بأتمّ الصحة والعافية. اللهم تقبل صيامنا وقيامنا واغفر لنا ذنوبنا اللهم أعده علينا سنين عديدة وأعوامًا مديدة ونحن بأفضل صحة وأحسن حال

Dua For Breaking Fast In Ramadan:
The dua for breaking the fast or iftar in Ramadan is:
اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صَمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ(Abu Dawood)
Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa ‘ala rizqika aftartu (O Allah, I fasted for You and I believe in You and I put my trust in You and I break my fast with Your sustenance).
Dua To Open Fast In Ramadan (Ramadan Dua Before Fasting)

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ, عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ, مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ, وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ, عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ, مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ, اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ, وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَاذَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ, اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ اَلْجَنَّةَ, وَمَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ, وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ, وَمَا قَرَّبَ مِنْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ, وَأَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ كُلَّ قَضَاءٍ قَضَيْتَهُ لِي خَيْرًاابن ماجه (3846)
- O, Allah! I ask you of all good of what I have done and what I have not done in this world and in the Hereafter.
- I seek refuge in you from the evil of what I have done and what I have not done in this world and in the Hereafter. O, Allah!
- I ask of you all good that your servant and Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) used to ask of you. I seek refuge in you from all evil that your servant and Prophet Muhammad used to seek refuge in you from.
- O, Allah! I ask you for Paradise and what brings me nearer to it of deeds and sayings. I seek refuge in You from Hellfire and what brings me near to it of deeds and sayings. I ask you for the good consequences of Your Decree.
- Allahumma inni as’aluka bi-rahmatika al-lati wasi’at kulla shay’in an taghfira li (O Allah, I ask You by Your mercy which encompasses all things to forgive me.)
Best Dua for Laylatul Qadr:
The best dua for Laylatul Qadr is: Allahumma Innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni (O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me).

رَبَّنَآ اِنَّنَآ اٰمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ(Quran)
Rabbana innana amanna faghfir lana dhunuubana wa qinna ‘adhaban-Naar
Our Lord! We have indeed believed, so forgive us our sins and save us from the punishment of the Fire.
Dua Before Ramadan Starts
The Dua that the Prophet (saw) used to say before Ramadan Starts is:
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي رَجَبٍ وَشَعْبَانَ وَبَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَانَ(Baihaqi)
